The Ice Ghoul is one of our Icon electronic design, offering a tight yet heavy silicon fuzz sound. All transistor and no diodes, the grit is raw and bold, close to a fuzz face while not being one. The custom tone section has been tailored to provide a wide spectrum of dynamics with a nice dip around 500hz to reinforce a slightly guttural voicing.The pedal remains defined at any guitar tuning, even the lowest. Finally, this circuit is loud...very loud, enough to drive any weak amp into a screaming doomy madness.
