general terms/f.a.q

  1. expeditions: items will be expedited withing 48h (on average) in an insured parcel with tracking number. All pedals are conditionned and protected with care. Delivery services for EU and non EU countries will be chosen regarding their offer's quality. (timeframe may vary depending on the overall C-19 situation and protocols).
  2. Import taxes: the buyer is responsible for any import taxes or fee that may imply in their respective state or country. Tax free sales within the european union.
  3. Return policy: Returns must be subject to a formal request via email. No return will be accepted without being requested first. The standard international 14 days period applies for in stock items. No returns accepted for special custom orders. Every returned item must come in its complete and original wrapping/protective sleeve/conditioning/promotional goodies. All returned pedals must not wear any sign of use, dent,scratch or damage. If rules are not followed, the item won't be accepted and sent back. The buyer is responsible for the return postal fees. Must be shipped the same way it arrived. Refund will be done when item quality control is succesful.
  4. Warranty: Pedals come with a full year warranty. The warranty covers the main circuitry and connectics within the boundaries of a standard/good practice usage. Warranty doesn't cover artworks and machanical parts subject to normal wear (switches, pots,...)
